Stuart Levine, R.Ph., graduated from Northeastern University in 1974 with a B.S. in Pharmacy. He has operated pharmacies in the Boston area for more than 25 years and has been a co-owner of Village Pharmacy since 1986. Stuart is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, The New England Fertility Society, The Massachusetts State Pharmaceutical Association and the Northeast Pharmaceutical Associations.
Donald Silkes, R.Ph., is a 1972 Graduate of Mass College of Pharmacy. He has operated pharmacies in the Boston area for more than 25 years and has been a co-owner of Village Pharmacy since 1986. Donald is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, The New England Fertility Society, The Massachusetts State Pharmaceutical Association and the Northeast Pharmaceutical Association.
Frederic Cohen, R.Ph., has been with Village Pharmacy since 1986 and is the Chief Pharmacist. He is also Village Pharmacist’s in-house dedicated donor specialist. He graduated in 1972 from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. He has operated and owned some of the best pharmacies in New England. Fred is an active member of the NEFS and MPA.
Julia Narowski, R.Ph. Julie received a Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy from Northeastern University. Julie has contributed pharmacy and management skills to our Brookline location since 1995. Julie is a member of the New England Fertility Society, Massachusetts Pharmacists Association, and the Massachusetts Independent Pharmacists Association.
Jacqueline L. Dang, R.Ph. Pharm. D., came to Boston in 1997 with a BS in Biology from the University of California, San Diego. She continued her studies at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, earning a Doctorate degree in Pharmacy. She began as an intern at Village Pharmacy in 1997 and continued working after her licensure as a pharmacist. Jacqueline is a member of the New England Fertility Society.
Ellen Dorr, R.Ph., is the pharmacy specialist operating our location in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Ellen received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at the University of Rhode Island in 1991 and is currently a member of ASCP and NEFS. Before joining our pharmacy staff Ellen worked for a long-term care pharmacy where she was involved in prospective drug regimen reviews for patient admissions, consulting and IV compounding.
David Gilarde, R.Ph. Pharm.D., joined the Village Pharmacy team in 2005. He graduated from the University of Conneticut in 2003 with a Doctorate degree in Pharmacy. David managed a community pharmacy in Florida for two years before relocating to Boston.
David Palmerino, David has been the Business Development Manager for Village Pharmacy for over three years and in the field of infertility for five years. He graduated from Bentley College with a degree in Economics/Finance and worked in the oil industry prior to the Reproductive Endocrinology Field. David founded a charity to help raise money for disabled children and their families so they can purchase equipment needed for the children’s survival. David is an active member in the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the New England Fertility Society.
Linda Romano, R.N., Nurse Educator at Village Pharmacy, has been in the field of reproductive endocrinology for the last eight years. She has worked in management and as an IVF Nurse Coordinator in infertility centers within the greater Boston area. A graduate of Northeastern University’s Nursing Program, Linda has developed Village Pharmacy’s CEU Plus program that provides lectures and CEU’s to medical personnel currently working in infertility. Linda is an active member in the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, New England Fertility Society, and New England Nurses in Reproductive Medicine.
Maureen Palla, Regional Fertility Account Manager. Prior to joining Village Pharmacy, Maureen was employed by Organon Pharmaceuticals USA as a Sr. Fertility Account Specialist where she grew to love the specialty. “It is such an exciting field to be a part of,” say Maureen, “the technology is advancing so rapidly that I never feel stagnant, there is always something new to learn. The physicians and nurses in this field have so much compassion and, when it comes to patient care, I love how they make me feel as if I am part of the team.” With Village Pharmacy, one of Maureen’s primary areas of focus is to increase patient education. She strongly believes that patients should be empowered to learn everything they can about infertility so that they can make informed decisions about their treatment plans.
Our team of certified pharmacy technicians assist our pharmacists and help coordinate our prescription services. Our pharmacy technicians are trained in the use and administration of fertility medications.
